Cyrus Persian Carpets is a medium sized national retail business with over 11 stores across QLD & Northern NSW, focusing on customer service and retail sales.

Our Head Office is seeking an administration assistant to join our administration team. The candidate should be available 5 days a week.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering the phones and managing the switchboard
  • Distributing information to and from all staff within the company
  • Data entry
  • Administration support and any other general Admin duties

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A positive and friendly attitude
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Able to multitask and highly organised
  • Great attention to details
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Excellent Presentation and Phone Manner
  • Current driver’s licence

Previous reception and/or administration experience is necessary.
