Cyrus Persian Carpets is a medium sized national retail business with over 11 stores across QLD & Northern NSW, focusing on customer service and retail sales.
Our Head Office is seeking an administration assistant to join our administration team. The candidate should be available 5 days a week.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering the phones and managing the switchboard
- Distributing information to and from all staff within the company
- Data entry
- Administration support and any other general Admin duties
Required Skills and Experience:
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to work in a team
- Able to multitask and highly organised
- Great attention to details
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Excellent Presentation and Phone Manner
- Current driver’s licence
Previous reception and/or administration experience is necessary.
