The Sales Support Specialists´ goal is to functionally support and assists our Field Sales Manager team in order to guarantee an optimal support for our travel agency and key account partners.
  • Excellent German and English;
  • Touristic apprenticeship and/ or university degree with focus on tourism;
  • First professional experience preferably in the sales department of a touristic company;
  • High personal resilience, flexibility and self-initiative;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Good knowledge of touristic reservation systems;
  • Distinctive sales mentality and economic thinking
  • Provides functionally support and assists all Field Sales Manager;
  • Supports Key Account partners and travel agencies;
  • Handles and coordinates group orders and contracts;
  • Provides agency support and updates sales databases;
  • Supports the organisation of travel agency trade fairs;
  • Handles complaints and goodwill inquiries of travel agencies;
  • Checks, releases and supports with catalogue adverts and newsletters of travel agency partners;
  • Requests marketing material for Field Sales Manager and their partners;
  • Prepares and checks reports and statistics.
