Quadruple Helix

Quadruple Helix (QH) is an intertwined structure of four strands that can steer regenerative research and development streams together. In the MPM, this refers to the collaboration of citizens (CSOs, citizen scientists, hackers, social innovators), policymakers (or public services), entrepreneurs (including green financing initiatives), and scientists (researchers, mentors, instructors). QH stakeholders have full network capabilities to pool expertise, resources and funding toward concrete projects and programs with clear commitments.
