Woman Fired After Threatening to Call ICE on Dodger Player

A woman has been terminated from her position at ManpowerGroup after a video surfaced showing her threatening to call Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on a Dodgers fan during a playoff game between the Dodgers and the Milwaukee Brewers. The incident occurred after the fan, Ricardo Fosado, allegedly trolled her at the game. Fosado, a U.S. citizen and war veteran, responded to the threat by stating that ICE had no authority over him.

ManpowerGroup swiftly responded to the video, placing the employee on immediate leave and launching an investigation. Within 24 hours, the company announced that the employee was no longer with the organization, citing its commitment to maintaining a culture of respect, integrity, and accountability. While Fosado and his friend were ejected from the game, Fosado himself expressed that he did not believe the woman’s comment warranted her termination, stating he felt bad for her situation. The incident has sparked debate about the consequences of using inflammatory language and the role of social media in public accountability.
